ALTE-ZACHEN Website Terms of Use and In-Store Purchase Terms

1. Welcome to the ALTE-ZACHEN homepage, hereinafter referred to as the "store."
2. These Terms of Use govern the terms of use of the ALTE-ZACHEN website, as well as the terms of purchase in ALTE-ZACHEN stores nationwide (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Use," "Terms of Use," or "Purchase Terms").
3. Browsing, use, and purchase on the ALTE-ZACHEN website and in stores are subject to all provisions of the Terms of Use and the provisions of any applicable law.
4. The website user confirms that they have read the Terms of Use, agrees to be bound by them, and undertakes to act in accordance with them. 5. ALTE-ZACHEN may, without prior notice and at its sole discretion, from time to time amend the provisions of these Terms of Use, in whole or in part, or any other document governing the interactions between customers and ALTE-ZACHEN. 6. The use of the masculine gender in these Terms is for convenience only, and everything set forth herein applies to both women and men. Anything stated in the singular shall be interpreted in the plural, and vice versa.
7. The headings in these Terms are not mandatory or exhaustive and are for convenience only.
8. It is clarified that all terms in these Terms are governed by all laws, including the Consumer Protection Act No. 5741 of 1981 and its provisions.
9. It is clarified that if a competent authority determines in the future that any section of these Terms does not comply with the provisions of any law, this will not affect the validity of the remaining sections of these Terms. 10. Whenever references to ALTE-ZACHEN are made, this includes the website operator, store personnel, and any persons acting on its behalf.

ALTE-ZACHEN Website Purchase Terms

11. The terms and conditions set forth in these rules and/or the terms and conditions of purchase are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, including the Consumer Protection Law 5741 of 1981 and the regulations enacted thereunder. In the event of any conflict of laws, the provisions of that law shall prevail.
12. Online Ordering: Products can be ordered through the company's website by completing the order form (after adding the product(s) to your cart on the website). After your order has been verified, you will receive a message and/or email confirming your order. If further details are needed to fulfill your order, an alte-zachen sales representative will contact you by email, text message, or phone. Your order is considered valid only after the invoice has been issued and payment has been made. Filling out your details and placing your order on the website does not constitute confirmation of the transaction.
13. For the avoidance of doubt, the countdown of delivery days begins only after alte-zachen has confirmed the transaction and received payment. 14. Typing error: A price was posted that was extremely high and/or low compared to the average price, and/or an item was posted that no longer exists, and/or the product description and/or illustrative video/image contained a typo and/or defect. Alte-Zachen reserves the right to cancel the transaction by notifying the buyer. If payment is received, the buyer will receive an immediate refund.
15. Payment options when ordering: You can pay by credit card. Payment by cards other than credit cards, as defined by the Debit Card Law of 1986, is not possible unless expressly stated in writing.
16. Delivery of items purchased through an online order is by courier only. Pickup at a post office is not possible. Items are delivered by Israel Post from a registered post office.

ALTE-ZACHEN Website Order Cancellation Policy

17. Purchasing through the website constitutes distance selling as defined in Sections 14(c)(1), 14(d), 14C1, 14E(a), and (b) of the Consumer Protection Act 5741 of 1981 (the "Consumer Protection Act").
18. Cancellation of a distance selling order is subject to the terms and conditions specified in the sections above, which are summarized below for convenience. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event of a conflict between the summary description and the provisions of the law, the provisions of the law shall prevail:

The customer has the right to cancel a transaction made on the ALTE-ZACHEN website if 14 days (whichever is later) have not passed from the date of receipt of the goods or the document confirming the transaction details. 22. The refund will be processed after 14 days and Only if the item(s) involved in the transaction have been returned in accordance with the instructions of customer service.
23. Items from which the original sticker with the manufacturer's or ALTE-ZACHEN identification number has been removed.
24. Ownership Rights and Trademarks. All ownership and intellectual property rights in the website, including its design, software, applications, computer code, graphic files, images, videos, design, texts, specifications, and any other information posted on or linked to the website, are the exclusive property of ALTE-ZACHEN and will not be used without ALTE-ZACHEN's permission. The use of trademarks is prohibited without the prior written permission of ALTE-ZACHEN.
25. Privacy Policy. When using the website. To receive an offer, place an order, and/or provide additional information, the customer will be asked to leave personal information (e.g., name, phone number, address, email address) on the website. This information is necessary to complete the actions requested by the customer. This information will not be provided to third parties unless we are required to do so by law and/or a court order and/or a mandatory requirement of a competent authority.

Product Liability and Limitation

26. All products displayed on the website are not new and therefore do not come with a warranty.
27. These products are unique, and their images may have been taken several weeks or months ago. Minor changes in the condition of metal items, such as coins, may occur during storage.
28. If the condition of a coin differs significantly from the image on the website, the issue will be resolved on a case-by-case basis.
29. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect and/or incidental damages, and/or direct and/or consequential and/or economic loss of profits, and/or lost revenue, income, business, damage to reputation, and/or any other financial loss and/or moral damages directly or indirectly related to the product, and no compensation will be provided.
30. The Company shall not be liable for any liability regarding the suitability of the product for a particular purpose, or regarding its value and marketability.
